Tantric & Yogic Practices
This program consists of gross and subtle body practices to strenghten your physical & energetic system. These practices will build your capacity to first perceive, then control, and eventually channel your sexual energy towards deep states of consciousness.
Esoteric Wisdom & Theory
What makes Non-Dual Tantra unique is that it’s a householder tradition. Deeply understanding the vision & metaphysics of this practice will allow you to transform every situation in your life into a spiritual practice.
Meditation & Self Inquiry
This course features an array of meditations ranging from chakra/energetic based meditations to silent awareness meditations. Throughout the course you will be learning micro-meditations as well as longer sitting meditations which are both crucial aspects of a holistic spiritual practice.
So What is Tantra?
Tantra is a living tradition that views the world as an expression of the Divine. It’s a non-monastic vision which embraces every moment and aspect of our life as a way to reveal our true nature. For me, tantric spirituality is the most relevant vehicle to find purpose and direction in my life. In this path, we receive tools to deal with every aspect of our being: physical, mental/emotional and transcendental. We incorporate practices to revive and strengthen the body, tools to become aware and move our energy and pointers to lead us Beyond and discover our true essence. In that way, there is no stone left unturned. There are no taboos and holy cows.Â
The tantric man does business and makes money. He enjoys food and the pleasures of this world. He’s engaged in relationships, family, and sexuality, and he invests time to enjoy and master them all.
What makes Tantra so unique is the underlying vision behind all of those actions. An attitude which is pro-life: Seeing every moment, sensation, desire & experience as nothing else but the expression of God and an opportunity to reveal that Essence as who you truly are.
Structure of the mentorship
What To Expect
This program is a 3 months course (starting January 7th) in which all the content will be released week by week. This is to ensure that everything builds up slowly & gradually in a way which is safe. You will also have the opportunity to ask any questions you have through email and I will personally answer every single one of them in the monthly Q&A call. This is not the kind of program where you sign up and never hear from the instructor again. You will be guided & supported throughout the 3 months. It’s important to note that these sexual tantric teachings were kept secret because some of the practices are very powerful and not to be taken lightly or used out of context. This is why I have carefully structured the course over 3 months which allows time for the practices to integrate harmoniously and slowly build on each other.

Why I Created This Course
I’ve been blessed to be exposed to the sexual tantric teachings and practices which have been deeply inspiring and transformative in my life. However, when I looked at what was available on the internet on the topic of Tantra, all I could find were one of two things. On one hand I would find various courses, blog posts, and videos talking about sexual performance and maximizing pleasure: Sex without a spiritual context. On the other hand I would find puritanistic articles denying any kind of correlation between sexuality and Tantra. I was saddened to see that the depth and vision of sexual Tantra was nowhere to be found and somehow got lost between the cracks. Having experienced the profound awakening that can come from practicing sexual Tantra & in the spirit of reviving the sexual Tantric tradition, I felt called to share this information in an online format to share it with more seekers around the world.

Meet your teacher
Solar Bodhidharma
Hi, my name is Bodhi & I’m a Tantra Teacher and founder of “The Tantric Man” project. I’ve been practicing spirituality since 2002 and been teaching since 2011. Throughout my journey I struggled a lot with the lack of clarity regarding what does it mean to be a man these days. The Traditions offered different visions, however none of them were really relevant for a man living in the Modern Age. Most of the Oriental teachings describe a very ascetic type of man, a man who is identified with the Transcendent. To follow those ideas to their end would have meant leaving the world behind, shaving your head, smashing your balls, and living in a cave or a monastery. I tried that for a while (without smashing my balls), however there was a deep dissatisfaction. Something was missing and it just did not make sense. “God is not an idiot” I thought, “The world is not a prison or a mistake for us to escape from”. In the western world which I grew up in there was a constant conflict between the more traditional perspective, the strong macho men, and the new age post feminism man, which is soft and mellow, expressing his emotions and not showing a lot of direction in his life. Both of these had some valid points but no one had a coherent vision of how those things could be embodied in a way which is relevant for my life today. In 2009 I was initiated into the Nath tradition and started studying Tantra. Although the tantric vision incorporated everything that I was looking, the scriptures and oral tradition were passed down in a very twilight language and needed a lot of deciphering. I went through a long period of trial-and-error swinging the pendulum from one side to another, experimenting and remolding myself again and again. I dove into working with men and hosting men’s circles and really got to hear what was going on for them and have the opportunity to have a deeper look into my own soul. I could see all the pieces of the puzzle coming together: the masculine and feminine expression of my being coming together to exhibit a more integrated and holistic man.
This was the birthing of the Tantric Man project.
